Do not share trading credentials, OTPs, or demat account access with any representative of this firm.
Report any fraud or misrepresentation to SEBI immediately.
Maintain records of subscription confirmations and payment receipts.

Terms & Conditions

By accessing our website and subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Subscription fees are payable in advance and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
Access to research services commences only after confirmation of receipt of payment.
Research updates are delivered via SMS or WhatsApp to the registered mobile number.
The subscriber must not share, redistribute, forward, or publish research updates received under their subscription.
Dynamic Money Research Advisory Services reserves the right to modify plans, prices, or coverage with reasonable prior notice.
The firm is not liable for any losses arising from use of research recommendations. All investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the subscriber.
Services are non-transferable. Subscriptions are linked to the individual subscriber.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Refund Policy

Policy on service cancellations and refunds.

All subscription fees paid are non-refundable once research services have commenced for the subscribed period.
If a subscriber cancels before the service start date, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis after deducting applicable processing charges.
No refunds are issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with market outcomes or research results, as the firm provides research and analysis — not guaranteed returns.
In the event of a service outage or failure on the firm's part for more than 5 consecutive business days, a pro-rata adjustment or extension may be offered at the firm's discretion.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@dmresearch.in with supporting details.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

Name, email address, phone number, and correspondence address — collected at subscription or inquiry.
Payment transaction references — retained for compliance and audit purposes.
